Eversley Burial Ground
The Eversley burial ground is owned and maintained by EPC. It forms an extension to the Eversley Graveyard, which is across the road from St Mary’s Church.
Both the Eversley Graveyard and Churchyard are owned by the Eversley and Bramshill Parochial Church Council but have been closed for burials for several years and are now maintained by EPC and Hart District Council.
EPC’s policy is to maintain a quiet, reflective haven that matches the character of the village. Several limitations are however in place to preserve the area and respect the graves that already exist. Please find the current rules and regulations below.
PLEASE BE AWARE
Eversley Parish Council regrets to inform that applications for burial or ashes interment in the village burial grounds of people who are not resident in either Eversley or Bramshill WILL BE REFUSED. Space is unfortunately extremely limited. A project to extent the burial grounds is ongoing but until it is complete EPC would not want to add to your distress by having to refuse permission if your deceased family member isn’t eligible. Instead please apply to their local cemetery. For more information please contact their local Council for more information.
